I just wanted to thank you for the "over the top" service experience I recently had at your dealership. My wife and I live 150 miles away and have been looking for a good used Land Rover for some time. I noticed on your website that you had two on your lot so I decided to make the journey across the mountains to take a look at them. As I was driving into Bellevue, I thought to myself "what kind of car dealer will I experience today." As I drove onto the lot, I felt like you greeted me with an attitude of what can I help you with versus what can I sell you. I asked you about your two Land Rovers, what the differences were, etc. Then you asked me about my family, who was going to drive it, what we were going to use it for, and who was going to be riding in it the most. I explained that this was a vehicle for my wife and that my two little girls would be riding in it. You directed me towards the vehicle with the DVD system, the third row seats, and other special futures. You asked if I have ever driven one and you handed me the keys to take it for a test drive. As we attempted to start the car the battery was dead and you said to me "if this continues to be a problem, I will replace the battery." We finally got the car started and I took it out through town, on the highway, and put it through the paces. When I returned, I was pretty excited to put a deal together - and we did. As you know, the battery did continue to be a problem and I was very impressed that when I called to tell you that, you directed me to purchase a battery here in town and send you the bill. When I went to BellevueCars, I knew exactly what I wanted right down to the last feature and accesory. I also knew how much I was willing to spend for my 2008 BMW328xi. It took a while for Mike to find me the perfect car, but he did! It has everything I asked for and more and the price was right. Typically, these are not words associated with car dealerships. Especially in the pre-owned market. However, Bellevue Cars has all three and then some! I recently bought a BMW SUV from them.
